SummaryThe article is devoted to the phenomena of indirect communication (namely contextual-situational indirect speech acts) which are typical for the situations of everyday communication of the Russians. Comprehensive researches of indirect, contextual-situational indirect speech acts in the given situations of communication have not been practically carried out. Considering the co-operativе zone (a zone of the benevolent relations/attitude of communicators), the author picked out and described the main types of contextual-situational indirect speech acts (including hints and manipulation; the syncretic and transposed forms), demonstrated their combinatory peculiarities in the structure of indirect speech genres. The use of results of the given research can be valuable both for further study of everyday communication, cross-cultural communication, speech genres, speech etiquette and in practical activities of teachers who are taking up the problems of communication and language teaching (including Russian as a foreign language).
